These terms govern your use of Better White Noise ("the skill"), a voice application operated by dromos, inc. By enabling or using the skill, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the skill.
Better White Noise is not a medical device and not a medical application. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. It is provided for general comfort, relaxation, focus, and sleep-environment purposes only. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified professional.
What the skill does
The skill plays continuous white noise on request through a supported voice assistant. It has no other function — no talking, no advertising, no data collection of our own. It plays for as long as your device or the voice service permits.
Provided "as is"
The skill is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time. Availability depends on third-party voice platforms outside our control.
Third-party platforms
Use of the skill also requires and is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the platform you use it on — Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. dromos, inc. is not responsible for those platforms or their handling of your data.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the skill: no attempts to interfere with, reverse-engineer, overload, or repackage it, and no use that violates applicable law or a platform's rules.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dromos, inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the skill. The skill is free of charge.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
